By accessing and using the Octogust platform (octogust.com and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform. These terms apply to buyers, sellers, and visitors. Octogust may update these terms and will provide appropriate notice for material changes. Octogust is an intermediary marketplace connecting buyers with independent providers of legitimate digital services. Sellers determine and perform their own services; Octogust is not the employer, agent, or representative of either party. The platform provides order records, payment handling, delivery tracking, reviews, and dispute-support tools intended to make online transactions clearer for both parties.
To use the full service, you need to register a Octogust account. Requirements: You must be 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent. Registration information must be accurate and complete. Account security responsibilities: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access at support@octogust.com. Octogust reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Ordering: Review the service scope, price, required inputs, delivery time, and seller terms before funding an order. Payment: Use an available Octogust payment method so the transaction remains attached to the order. Delivery: The seller submits the agreed files, work, or access to buyer-owned deliverables through the order record. Review: The buyer should inspect the delivery within the stated review period and either accept it, request an included revision, or open an eligible issue. Release timing follows the terms displayed on the order.
Eligible issues may include: no delivery, delivery materially different from the recorded scope, or failure to provide an included correction. Coverage may not apply: after acceptance, for off-platform payments, for undocumented changes, or when the buyer fails to provide required inputs. Disputes: Open an issue from the order before the applicable review period ends and submit relevant evidence. Octogust may review the listing, messages, delivery record, and evidence before applying the platform policy.
Sellers must have the skills, authority, licenses, and rights needed to perform each listed service. Listings must accurately describe scope, price, timing, revisions, and limitations. Sellers must protect buyer information, communicate professionally, deliver through the order, and participate in eligible dispute reviews. Platform fees and withdrawal conditions are shown in the seller workspace. Violations may result in listing removal, payment holds, or account restriction as permitted by policy and law.
Prohibited activity includes: stolen or compromised credentials; sale or transfer of accounts where unauthorized or unlawful; fraud, impersonation, malware, phishing, or deceptive engagement; infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights; money laundering or illegal financial activity; spam; platform manipulation; system attacks; and creating accounts to evade restrictions. Octogust may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, and report suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.
Octogust provides platform tools on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular business result from an independent seller's service. To the extent permitted by law, Octogust is not responsible for indirect loss, buyer or seller conduct, third-party systems, or use outside the recorded order. Any limitation or cap applies only to the extent valid under applicable law.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in the following order: Direct negotiation — both parties attempt to resolve within 30 days. Mediation — through a recognized mediation center. Court — the competent People's Court in Hanoi, Vietnam. During the dispute resolution period, both parties continue to fulfill remaining obligations under these terms.
