Assurance
Last updated: 15/08/2026
Each Octogust listing should state the service scope, required buyer inputs, delivery time, included revisions, limitations, and any seller-specific assurance. These terms form part of the transaction record when the order is placed.
Buyers should review the listing and ask questions before payment. Sellers should begin only after the order is funded and should keep material scope changes inside Octogust messages. Terms added outside the recorded order may not be considered during a review.
The seller should deliver through the order record and provide enough information for the buyer to review the result. If the delivery materially differs from the agreed scope, the buyer should describe the issue promptly and allow any included correction or revision process to take place.
Both parties should preserve relevant messages, files, delivery notes, approvals, and screenshots. If an issue cannot be resolved directly, an eligible party may open a dispute within the applicable review period. Octogust may consider the listing, order terms, platform messages, delivery record, and submitted evidence.
Service assurance is not an unconditional guarantee of a particular business result. It does not cover off-platform payments, undocumented scope changes, buyer-supplied materials that infringe third-party rights, or dissatisfaction with work that matches the recorded scope. Any refund or adjustment remains subject to the applicable order terms and platform policy.
Octogust commitment: Clear service terms, recorded delivery, and a review process for both parties. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@octogust.com.
